Recital Announcements

Virtuoso DVD Pre-Order!  There is a sign-up sheet for DVD pre-orders on the desk in the studio reception area.  If there are more than 30 pre-orders by May 22, the price will drop to $15!  DVD order forms will be available on May 22, and the payment and order form must be received by the evening of the recital.  There will be a table at the recital for folks to purchase DVDs on the recital evening.  Along with that, please remember that you will not be permitted to take personal videos during the dress rehearsal or recital evenings.

Recital Tickets:  Tickets will be available for advance ordering on May 11, 2009.  Extra tickets are $3/person (regardless of age).  Please have exact change if you are advance ordering with a cash payment, or make all checks payable to Reverence Studios.  Tickets will also be available at the door on the recital evening.

Wednesday May 27:       DRESS REHEARSAL (at Youth for Christ)
6:00PM                 Students arrive to be directed to their dressing rooms
6:30PM                 Everyone meets on stage for devotions, prayer, and an evening run-down
7:00PM                 Show run-through begins
8:45PM                 Parents pick up children

Thursday May 28:  Rehearsal at studio (if needed)

Friday May 29:   RECITAL!
5:30PM                 Parent volunteers should arrive
5:45PM                 Students should arrive and go immediately to their dressing rooms
6:10PM                 Everyone on stage for group prayer
6:30PM                 Theater doors open

Directions to Harrisburg Youth for Christ:

Take PA-581 East toward Harrisburg/Hershey.
PA-581 East becomes I-83 North.
Merge onto I-283 South via Exit 46A.
Merge onto PA-283 West via Exit 1B toward PA-230/Highspire.
PA-283 West ends at S Eisenhower Blvd.
Turn Right onto S Eisenhower Blvd at the light.   
1000 S Eisenhower Blvd (YFC) is on the right.
